iDrive Logistics Integration
Give your shipping operation access to pre-negotiated carrier rates without managing your own carrier contracts. Extensiv's iDrive Integration adds a second pre-negotiated rate source directly inside the Pack & Ship rate-shopping screen your team already uses, so you can compare rates side by side and pick the best price on every label. iDrive handles the account setup and carrier credentials, so there is nothing new to configure and nothing changes about how your team ships today. With rates negotiated across major carriers and the option to bill shipping right inside Extensiv, parcel shipping stops being a fixed cost line and becomes a place you can protect margin. Built for 3PLs scaling volume, the iDrive Integration gives you a second set of rates, real leverage, and tighter control over one of your largest cost lines.

Great for 3PLs looking to lower parcel costs, add rate optionality, and turn shipping into a margin line.
What is the iDrive Integration used for?
The iDrive Integration gives your fulfillment team access to pre-negotiated carrier rates inside Extensiv's Small Parcel Suite. When your team packs an order, iDrive rates appear in the Pack & Ship rate-shopping screen next to your existing carriers, so you can choose the lowest cost on every shipment and print the label without leaving Extensiv. Because shipping charges flow through Extensiv, you can bill them on the same invoice as your other fees and mark them up when it makes sense.
Who is the iDrive Integration best for?
Ideal for mid- and high-volume 3PLs that want to lower parcel costs and add rate flexibility. It fits teams currently managing their own carrier accounts who want competitive rates without the negotiation overhead, and teams already using a pre-negotiated provider who want a second rate source and a fallback that varies by lane.
How the iDrive Integration works
Once iDrive provisions your account, you enable it in your Extensiv carrier settings, with nothing else to configure. From then on, iDrive rates surface automatically in the Pack & Ship rate-shopping workflow alongside your other carriers. Your team compares the options, selects the best rate, and prints the label through Extensiv. Tracking flows into Extensiv parcel tracking, and shipping charges are billed inside Extensiv, so you keep one system for fulfillment, rates, and billing.
