Extensiv AI is a conversational assistant built directly into Extensiv Hub. It answers questions from your live WMS data (orders, inventory, shipments, SKUs, receipts), Extensiv's support documentation and your custom knowledge base, in any language, in seconds. Your internal team and your customers can both use it. No report to build, no ticket to open, no analyst to interrupt.

Other AI has no idea what's happening in your warehouse. It works from static documents and the open internet, not your live operational data. Extensiv AI queries your actual WMS in real time: the orders, inventory levels and status in your system today.

It's trained on operational data from 2,000+ 3PL warehouses, so it understands how 3PLs actually run. And it gives your customers their own access to their data without sharing your login or exposing your account, something no generic AI tool can do natively.

Extensiv AI has two modes and three capabilities. Knowledge mode answers process and procedure questions from Extensiv support docs, your uploaded SOPs, return policies, training materials, or any document you load into your custom knowledge base.

Data mode queries your live WMS: orders, inventory, shipments, and SKUs. Customer self-serve access gives your customers direct visibility into their own data without involving your team. Users can save personal prompt libraries so frequent queries are one click away. A mobile app with branding customization is also included. Predictive capabilities, anomaly detection, and intelligent order routing are not in current scope.

Extensiv AI supports all known languages, including Spanish, French, Vietnamese, and Mandarin. Your team can ask questions in the language they work in and get answers in the same language, no translation layer, no workaround required.
