Help Identify the Most Important Trends Impacting 3PL Warehouses

Have you ever wondered, “How does my company compare to my competitors? Do they have the same challenges and the same opportunities? Are we growing as quickly? Or are we falling behind?”
Last year, Extensiv spoke to our customers and heard one request repeatedly–warehouses want to know how they compare within the logistics industry and how other third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses address the biggest opportunities and challenges in the market. We responded with the first comprehensive 3PL Warehouse Industry Benchmark Report.

Using data compiled from more than 250 3PL warehouses across North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, the report highlighted opportunities, challenges, technology, labor, reporting, and success metrics used. Our last report gave a great overview of what to expect in 2021, now it’s time to evaluate plans for the remainder of the year and expectations for 2022.

We’d love to hear from you and learn how your warehouse is preparing for the future. Respond to the survey and share your insights on Q4 and beyond.

Make Your Voice Heard by Taking the Survey

Please take five to ten minutes of your time to share your feedback on the future of the industry. The survey will remain open through August 31st. To thank you for your time, you will get first access to download the report.

Once all responses have been submitted, Extensiv will aggregate and anonymize the results into a comprehensive report so that you can see how you compare to other 3PL warehouses.

Take the Survey

While you wait for the data to get compiled and final report to publish, you can read last year’s report to see how the third-party logistics industry changed in 2020 and get a baseline for what to expect in 2021.
